9.12.13. We are now back in Auckland and this concludes our kiwi adventure, and also our blog!!! We are very excited about coming home for Christmas and seeing all you guys back home very soon. Many thanks to all who have helped and been involved in making this trip not only possible but such a memorable time for us. New Zealand is an awesome country - we will be back!

6.12.13. Milford Track. What can we say?  There are degrees of amazing in NZ but this tops the chart. It is insanely beautiful. In an area where 10 inches of rain in a day is common place, it rains 2 out of 3 days and the annual rainfall can reach 8m, (we feel very smug) we had 5 consecutive dry days and the first 3 were with cloudless skies. Photos to follow - a bit of sorting needed!
